Position Title: Field Sales Executives (Commercial)

  • Air-Duct Cleaning & Decontamination (including entire air-conveyance system, fresh air intakes, kitchen exhaust systems, etc.)
  • Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning & Decontamination (maintenance programs for carpets, seats, office partitions, upholstered material, etc.)

Job Summary:

Overall sales generation responsibility to both commercial and industrial accounts. Manages accounts by maintaining close productive relationship with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and additional and/or repeat business. Prospects and targets new accounts and maximizes each business opportunity. Conducts sales/education presentations, writes up sales plans, reports or proposals and negotiates with customer’s key staff/executives to get the order. Maintains constant, cordial and vigilant contact with customers to ensure that every possible lead has been maximized, and both clients and Steamatic alike are deriving maximum benefit. Help company establish superiority and market dominance through innovative sales efforts and strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputable University,
  • At least 2 years proven work experience;
  • Sales Presentation, Creative, Motivational selling & Negotiation skills;
  • Is a self-starter, organized and results-oriented;
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in commercial cleaning service field or working with building administrators and/or property managers a big plus, but not required.

Position Title: Field Sales Executives (Insurance Services)

  • Fire, Smoke & Water Damage Restoration Services

Job Summary:

Overall sales generation responsibility for fire, smoke and water damage restoration services either direct to the customer or indirectly through adjusters and insurance companies. Responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining relationships in the insurance industry so that when disaster strikes, Steamatic is immediately called for assessment and mitigation. Prospects and targets new accounts and maximizes each business opportunity. Conducts sales/education presentations, writes up sales plans, reports or proposals and negotiates with customer’, adjuster and/or insurance company to get the order. Writes up scope of work, coordinates projects with operations and ensures the smooth flow of projects and customer satisfaction. Help company establish superiority and market dominance through innovative sales efforts and strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputable University;
  • At least 3 years proven work experience in the insurance industry (preferably working in non-life claims);
  • Has established contacts in the non-life insurance industry (insurance claims & loss adjusting companies);
  • Sales Presentation, Creative, Motivational selling & Negotiation skills;
  • Is a self-starter, organized and results-oriented;
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Insurance loss adjusting experiences a big plus, but not required.
